Any personal information you give us will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email us.

Cancellations · Refunds · Credits
Ticket purchases are fully refundable up to two weeks before your excursion date. You can get in-house credit within two weeks but no refunds or credits will be given for day of cancellations or missed trains. If you cannot keep your original excursion date, an in-house credit will be held for a future excursion. The credit will not expire. Full credit can be held for dining experiences only if changes to the reservations are made 7 days before the excursion date. Otherwise, the meal cost will be deducted from the credit. The remaining credit will cover ticket costs only. Credits are not valid for The Polar Express™ Train Ride.
The Polar Express™: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If a cancellation is necessary, the rescheduled trip must be made in the same year as booked. If there is no availability remaining in the calendar year, an in-house credit can be issued to ride any of our other passenger excursions. Credits can not be used for Future Polar Express Rides. This is due to the licensing agreement with Warner Bros and Rail Events, Inc.
