The Western Maryland Scenic Railroad, Maryland’s favorite rolling restaurant, invites you to a 3-course candlelit dinner. Enjoy an elegant evening every other Friday as you dine with the rolling hills of the Allegheny Mountains as your backdrop!

• $135 — Filet Mignon The filet mignon, expertly seared to a perfect crust in a sizzling pan of rich garlic butter, exudes a mouthwatering aroma while its tender, juicy interior melts in your mouth with every bite

• $135 — Shrimp Scampi The succulent shrimp, sautéed to perfection in a luscious blend of garlic, butter, and white wine, rest atop a bed of al dente pasta, the delicate sauce clinging to each strand and bursting with zesty lemon and fresh parsley flavors

• $135 — Garlic Parmesan Crusted Chicken The golden-brown chicken, enrobed in a crispy Garlic Parmesan crust, offers a tantalizing crunch with every bite, revealing tender, juicy meat infused with the savory essence of roasted garlic and the rich, nutty flavor of freshly grated Parmesan.

• $135 — Spaghetti Aglio e Olio (Vegetarian) Our Spaghetti Aglio e Olio, a simple yet elegant vegetarian option, features perfectly cooked al dente pasta tossed in a fragrant blend of golden garlic, extra virgin olive oil, and a hint of red pepper flakes, garnished with fresh parsley and a sprinkle of Parmesan for a light, satisfying meal.

This exclusive excursion is for guests 21 and older. Savor fine dining aboard one of Western Maryland Scenic Railroad’s historic dining cars as you journey west to the charming mountain city of Frostburg. Dining Class passengers will enjoy a sumptuous 3-course meal, featuring a fresh salad, a choice of entrée, and a delectable signature dessert.

Terms & Conditions

• Tickets are fully refundable up to two weeks before your excursion date. Within two weeks of the excursion, in-house credit can be issued, but no refunds or credits will be provided for same-day cancellations or missed trains. If you’re unable to attend on your original date, an in-house credit will be available for use on a future excursion within the same calendar year.

• Once you arrive you will receive boarding instructions. We ask that all guests arrive 45 minutes before departure.

• All seating is assigned.

• No outside alcohol is permitted.

• No smoking or vaping is permitted.

• We only allow service animals onboard our trains.
