Frostburg Lounge Class

Sit back, relax, and enjoy a beverage in our recently renovated Frostburg Lounge car with your friends and family. Harkening back to the golden days of traveling by rail, our Frostburg Lounge car will take you from Cumberland to Frostburg and back in style, comfort, and full-bar service!
Lunch Class
All Remaining Dates — $110
We are pleased to offer four-person table seating in one of our First-Class Diner Cars. Your ticket includes a private attendant and a full bar where you can purchase adult beverages, complimentary soft drinks, and a champagne toast. You can also choose from our seasonal lunch menus, and your order will be taken on board the train. Lunch options may include grilled chicken sandwiches, Freshly prepared burgers, soups, or salads. All of these options will be freshly prepared in the dining car kitchen.
Make new friends; passengers with groups of less than 4 people will be seated with others. Our historic Dining Cars are not accessible by wheelchairs or scooters. Individuals with disabilities will need to navigate narrow hallways and vestibules.
Dome Class

Our new Pleasure Dome Car provides the best way to enjoy the fall foliage and breathtaking views of Mountain Maryland! This car, designed for the Santa Fe Super Chief, offers full bar service and table seating in the lower lounge.
Please note that the Mountain Vista Dome is not accessible to individuals with disabilities due to the narrow steps leading to the top dome.
Coach Class

CHILDREN (3-12 years) – $45
Passengers will enjoy a comfortable and scenic ride in a family-style environment with spacious seats and large windows. Our cars are equipped with climate control, picture windows, and restrooms.
Open Air Class

Our Open Air Class is a sensory experience! Enjoy the fresh mountain air behind our diesel or steam locomotive as your train travels up the 1,410-foot elevation climb to Frostburg!
If you choose to brave this adventure, the car features large comfortable seats with plenty of legroom. This unique car allows you to experience a train ride like never before in a breezy and open atmosphere. Protective eyewear is strongly encouraged when our steam locomotive is operating. Open to all ages, children 2 and under ride in a lap free of charge.
